Found this blanket years ago in a thrift store. Thought I'd cut it up for tote bags. Now I have second thoughts, could this be a Native American blanket ? I am hesitant because of the bright colors. It is wool. No turned edges. Well worn. Does anyone recognize the style ?

No, not Native American, just an interesting factory-made textile, made on a commercial horizontal loom, not on an upright loom like a Native American weaving would be made on.

It should make great tote bags...go for it!
