Huge Harrach for Legras Enamelled Acid Etched Gilt Bowl Vase

This is one of the finest piece of enamelled glass I have ever seen. This measures 9" x 10" and is in mint condition. This is out of my collector friends massive collection. This will one day be in mine :-). Crossing fingers! This is stamped with a hallmark that I have shown. Any help would be a blessing! The base has a huge polished pontil and is by far one of my favourite piece of acid etched art glass.
