This style is generally known as a "Kitchen" or "Gingerbread" Clock. While I can't find an exact match to your model in my reference material I do see several similar models from the mid 1890's . Very nice example. Thanks for sharing.
Looks much better right side up.
We have an Ansonia Clock exactly the same, have you found out any other information since this post?
