As documented by Deb Fitzsimmons on Loetz.com, Ausführung 124 looks like an inside-out Ausführung 134 (or it should be the other way around, since Ausf. 124 came first). Ground: rot (red); interior steel-gray craquelé Titania layer; cased in colorless glass with an applied gold enamel decoration at the rim or shoulder of the vessel. Fire polished rim, ground and polished pontil - height about 7.5". The production notes for this shape in Loetz Series II (Lnenickova - see third photo for scan) seen to indicate that this acid cut-back gilt decoration is called DEK 110. There is a vase identical to this one in the Glasmuseum Passau.
Ausführung 124 also came in green, garnet, pansy and blue. For further examples, see the Ausf. 124 page on Loetz.com:

Such a luscious color!!!
I think I saw that one too. Nice piece, great you were able to determine all the details on it!
Warren, Great find! I also checked my photo library and have been able to confirm the DEK 110 on your vase. I will send you the photo collage.
