looking for information "HBaird"

If I remember my grandma's story correctly she had a painting made for my grandfather for his birthday years ago. Supposedly the painter was a man from their church. That is literally all I know. This is the painting, the only identifying mark is a signature in the lower right corner. Looks like it was painted on wood. Any info would be appreciated.
