I had this dainty 14k enamel, pearls and diamond pendant for years...
1.1/4 inch long with the bale, 1 inch wide.
The lower bunch of tiny pearls is articulated, making it very lively when worn!
But... The enamel, nearly iridescent and thin, was badly damaged as you can see from pics #3 and 4.
Impossible, after many tries, to get the same effect.
So, I went for fall colors all over the leaves!
There is the result (I'm not very proud of the still visible break on the left leaf...).
