Esther Nordin Dolls

I love these little hand made miniature dolls that I found in a box lot at an auction. They measure approximately 3" and appear to be made with twisted paper that has been hardened as well as their outfits. Each one has a hand written label with Esther Nordin and what nationality each doll is. I have not been able to locate any information on the maker, I would love to know more if anyone can help.
