Need help identifying Mexican Sterling Silver tea and coffee service with tray. Hallmark is a script LM inside a rectangle with rounded corners. Items are stamped Sterling followed by four digits. The first two look like an elongated (top to bottom) O and a tiny 0 that is up above the "line" they would be written on, and the last two are 25.
My mom bought them @ 1951 or so in Mexico.
Any insight or knowledge would be appreciated.
Best regards,
Carolyn Ward

You should also add some images of the set, not just the mark...
Probably 0.925, i.e. 92.5% pure silver.
