    Signed Alvarez-lower left
    I really have no clue on "Alvarez" when I research that artist so many come up and no signatures I found look like this.
    I love the colors if you can zoom in it has a lot of gold in it and most of all I love the reflection in the water.

      As with painting no. 2, my immediate thought was that this bridge is the kind one sees in Spain, like the one pictured here (although not exactly this one)... http://aboutspaintravel.com/bridges-over-toledo-spain-roman-and-14th-century-delight/

      I think the painting is of a different bridge, showing a chapel built on top of the bridge's tower. Christians converted a lot of Roman and Moorish structures in Spain's long history.
