Cytisus is one of the most beautiful decors in Lötz production, and one of oir favourite decors too. This one I'm presenting is our latest Cytisus to join out collection. Within a very long period of time (the first one -the small one- being in his family since it was produced) Carlos has managed to get three of them.
On pic.4 you can see the three vases together. the funny thing about them is that being made in the same colour, they look completely different... but that's what happend with handmade glass! In this case I guess it depends on the chemical process to give the vase its iridescence. There is a strong gold dominance, as well as violet one.
The paper patern (or is it patern paper? :) ) for this vase is one of those lost from Lötz's best period.
