I am taking a punt on this one owing to its similarity to Bex' post linked below. They have a pointillist confetti décor which has been pulled by the mould blowing process and twisted at the top. They have a pleasing pink interior layer of glass.
They are both 21.5cm high x 10.5cm at base x 5.5cm diameter at top.
Any comments are, as always, welcome.

Here they are :) I had seen them before, but as usual, forgot all about it. Beautiful. I LOVE the colours.
I acquired a small ribbed bowl in this decor which is the Welz bowl shape that sits on the pedestal.
Very jealous! I will keep an eye out for the pedestal for you!
