I have had this little piece for sometime now. Purchased at a flea market for a whole .50cent.....they had a box of small items in a box with a sign that read ".50cent per item" you know I had to dig through it ;)
I love the color!
Sits on top my husbands roll top desk in front of a picture.
No idea...but neat!!
