    Sorry for the bad photos!
I don't know what to think about this vase... old or new?
It's very iridescent, the glass is quite thick (about 5 mm) and the pulled loop pattern is in a thin layer of glass on the outside of the vase.

On occasion, I have seen this type of glass attributed to Poschinger. I don't that its a correct attribution but it may be a place to start your search.

Though famatta has some doubt on assigning this vase to Poschinger, I'm quite sure it was made by Poschinger, the decor is quite distinctive, very fine white threading pulled into loops and a soft, sometimes golden appearing irisation. Earlier productions come in typical Poschinger shapes, mostly on dark ruby and thinner glass and have a polished pontil, your vase seems to be a later production, but nevertheless Poschinger.

famatta127 and kairomalte - thank you so so much - I'm very happy for your help!!!
Poschinger - Yes, you must be right!
Something about the shape, and "feeling" made me also think about it, but I didn't know they made this pulled loop pattern.

SEAN68, nutsabotas6 and yesterdaysglass - thank you, thank you!!! For your very kind comments!

      welzebub, famatta127, SEAN68, aghcollect, racer4four, sklo42, antiquerose, Cormoran1925, nutsabotas6, surfdub66 and retsirk - many thanks for the love!!!
