Very nice vase Attwood :)......I want to say Italy or Portugal / Spain from looking at the decoration. I was checking this site for the marks... http://www.oldandsold.com/pottery/spain1.shtml

The one Spanish porcelain mark for "Buen Retiro" (sometimes confused for capodimonte) mentions a blue fleur de lis and also the cross mark. Just guessing after a brief run through. I'm sure someone knows here on CW

Hi Rose. In the past it was easier to navigate Bohemian pottery .... but a major site no longer functions on the net.

      Bodenbach!

But I think I have found it!
      Majolikafabrik Gerbing & Stephan (1861 until 1903).
      http://www.porcelainmarksandmore.com/related/bohemia/bodenbach-01/index.php

      A mark used between 1861 and 1900.
