The glass is similar to but finer than the Kralik harlequin frit vases, and shares the same uv reactivity. There is a snapped and sharp pontil mark, again, reminiscent of the same décor.
The amethyst rim and the working of the rim is reminiscent of some Kralik production.
It is just over 15.5cm high.
I have a similarly quilted mother of pearl lobed vase to follow.
The starry base but not the quilting are very much like the bases to the last 2 of the following link. Perhaps designed to mirror the star-cut base of cut glass?

So, I think Kralik or Rindskopf. But who knows what other little huts did similar things?
