I am just curious about this. Wondered if anyone had any info on it.

I have this wooden bottle. And I know it is a bottle, there is still sloshing inside and it has a wax sealed opening. On top it says: Vini Liquorosi ino a litre 0.750 Serie A F N359204. It is wooden. Carved out of a single block. Does anyone have a clue as to when it was manufactured? Or what is in it? Not brave enough to drink it. But I believe it is Italian in origin. Garage Sale $5.00

Vino Liquorosi = Wine Liqueur also known as a "fortified wine" - I would say the origin is also Italy, probably circa 1960's. - If it has never been opened it would still be safe to drink but I wouldn't bother. Here is a description of Vino Liquorosi but it is in Italian so you will have to use translate.
