    A multi coloured spatter lidded jar with green aventurine not sure of maker. The jar has a cased inner white layer. There are 4 dimples / bumps around the jar. There is a rough pontil mark .
    Height 5.75", diameter 4.5" and weighs 470gm

      I am of the opinion that the style and colors of the spatter décor on this piece indicate it was produced by Franz Welz. I have a couple of pieces in this décor in my Welz collection. Nice example....

      The only couple of similar items I could find with green aventurine were attributed to Franz Welz
