    I love this !!
I think its a cup coaster but unsure , it has a hole possibly to hang it on a hook its 3.75" w x 15mm thich ,hand made & painted from pottery with a painting of a cow , there aren't any markings, possibly part of a set of which I'd like to find the rest !!
    Hope you like it :-)

Maybe it's an Australian thing. I had seen milk savers before here at my grandmother's when I was a kid. The spiral shape triggered that memory and it was reinforced by the Cow motif. That Wembley ware article came from a search about what they were called ..... I really had forgotten.

You would be heating up milk on a stove for chocolate or coffee - this would be placed in the bottom of a saucepan. It prevented the milk from 'booing over'!

      Memory lapse!
      Early onset ....... Oops!
