Here is a recent find of mine that I thought I would share thinking some of you may appreciate the technology.
For all intensive purposes this is the first cell/smartphone. This is a walkie talkie used in World War 2. It made wireless transmissions for approximately 2 miles, is very heavy, and made completely out of metal. The weight of the item is around 5 pounds and it stands approximately 17 inches tall. The last picture shows the inside where the battery would be placed for it to operate properly. Thank you for looking and have a blessed day and remainder of the week my friends! :)
Thank you ttom, lzenglish, CindB, surf, walk, fort, agh, Jewels, blunder, and packrat for loving the item in this post! I appreciate all of you taking the time to take a look at this. Have a blessed day, and remainder of the week, my friends! :)
