I found this at a local antique store. On the bottom it says tickhing 90 or 98% silver. I can't find anything online about this exact peace. I have emailed a few people and they said it's from early 1900s and worth between 800 and 1300 dollars. Any help would be appreciated

    Also it weights 18oz.

Need to add some more/ better quality pictures. Include a complete picture, the markings and any parts/ pieces apart and assembled.

What have those appraising it, said it is??

From the one bad picture, it appears to be a cocktail mixer and not necessarily sterling.

Sorry for the bad picture. But it is a shaker for drinks. Come apart into 3 peices. It says tickhing on the bottom and either 90 or 98% silver. They said it is from the early 1900.

They also said it is a Chinese export.
