I have a bar set from my Great Grandparents with two whiskey decanters, stir sticks, wood serving tray, 4 shot glasses , 6 drinking glasses, and ice bowl. I traced the symbol of a circle with a superimposed diamond with number on each side and below to Owen Illinois Glass Co., in Toledo Ohio. The trademark dates back to 1930.
Took me three days to find out what company the trademark was from.
I'm wondering if the set is worth anything? The ice bowl has etched leaves and the stoppers on top of decanters are etched with the drinking/shot glasses have gold around the rims.

This set is very interesting to me since you have two decanters that fit quite well into the tray. I'm just guessing that those belong to the tray. The decanters look EAPG and the stoppers don't appear to match the decanters. Anytime you get a set with a tray like that it's worth something, however, you have a mismatched set. The ice bucket is GOLDEN GRAPE No. 806 by Bartlett-Collins. The gold band glasses are probably the Owens-Illinois. You didn't say what pieces had the Corning-Illinois hallmark but the gold band glasses may have been made by them since I have a bar pitcher that would match from the 30s. If your mark is one circle vs. two circles within a diamond, it's prior to 1940, so they'd date to my pitcher. The pattern name on your decanters, however, is hard to ID since the pic isn't clear enough and I would need a close-up of it, the stopper and bottom without dust. They do look older than your other pieces. This could be a gem of a starter to a great piece worth a lot of money. I'd build from the decanters. Of course, this piece needs a lot more research and better close-up pics to decide what is the best way benefit from your find. Feel free to contact me if you need any further assistance and I'd be happy to help you with it. Diana Ricci

i just picked up a pair of the decanters pictured above. i'm just trying to identify the pattern name & age them- unfortunately i broke the corks trying to open & clean the bottles. One of the bottles has a State of Wisconsin Occupational Tax.. Intoxicating Liquor sticker on it E119395 (pretty sure it's a "3", it's a little worn there) 2 1/2 C Treasury of Beverage Tax.., if that helps. thanks alot.
