As you can see this is a Carlton Ware Tray that would of been brought out for advertising. I don't know how we managed to keep this piece I can think of a lot of other things that I would of preferred to keep. It's about 34cm long & 27cm wide. It's in very good condition. Some ware but no chips or dents.

Good point Zowie. How come some of our things survive but others disappear?
racer4four mine didn't disappear we sold everything to move, as it was going to cost to much moving it all. Then when it was to late & most thing's were packed for the auction we found it didn't cost that much to post & all the best thing's were, then my partner didn't want to unpack thing's & go through. So now starting all over again. Something's I had since I was a kid or come from my first marriage & I have lug them around for years that's when I put my foot down. The tray wasn't I just don't know how it slipped through. Have a great day. Will try & post anther old photo later to day if I get the chance of mum from 1947 she looks totally different. Plus she is wear a pair of earrings that I have on site.
