Just got this, so still trying to dig for info. It appears to be a Hazelle Marionette // puppet. I think he is *AIRPLANE CONTROL SAILOR*. He is in vintage shape, some hair missing. The strings are long gone (but he could be re-strung). His Mouth still opens/closes with its string yet.
Not sure what year yet....Just thought he was NEAT.

I restore Hazelle's marionettes so they no longer look creepy. Send him to me and I can make him look almost new. Stella
