It would be unusual for Czech millefiori vases to have pontil marks at all as they were blown into moulds. Unless what you are describing is a smooth base, from this manufacturing technique?
The rims were ground and polished to appear a bit "rough" to our eyes - so you can usually feel an edge unlike most Italian or modern glass where this wasn't done - it is, after all, another more lengthy process than just smoothing the rim in the fire.

From this I would say 1- no, 2-4 possible.

IMHO, all recent Chinese. The Milliflora does not look right to me -- and at the very bottom you can see *thick clear glass* from the decoration pattern to the bottom.

Of course - this is just *MY* opinion based on some pictures ( over the miles ).....

Still Great items that Display very Well -- and colorful !!!!
