We used to pet-sit for a guy who had one of these and we always thought it was pretty neat. About three years ago I saw this beauty at a garage sale for only $20. So, of course, I had to snatch it up. It took some cleaning/fixing to even get the main ball shooter working. It still has some issues with the background mechanics; it never seems to award you any balls back. Maybe someday I will finish fixing it. Regardless, we enjoy having it and playing with it.

Cool! You need to check machine works carefully, check to see if anything got stuck in works, dust, link balls, even a rusty ball could hang up return balls. Get out the vac and add the small attachment and suck out anything you can find. try also some cannned air to blow out dust/junk. Also clean you balls with a damp cloth and dry good. Most of the time I find small things have fell into the back tray and got gummed up inside. Warning they are addictive! LOL Dave

Look on the very top of cabinet, is there any numbers? I have many with the date of when it was made on mine. Mine are from the late 40's early 50's. I do have some of the new ones but still love the older ones. Simple! Dave
