Great view from the top of Portland rock - description on the back of card reads:
"Chesil town and beach from on top of Portland in the bay of Weymouth"
This is one image from a decent collection all taken by a photographer in Poole, Dorset, UK.
There are card views and glass views in this collection so I will try and get all of them online.
I also have a lot of the more traditional mass-produced view, my collection is just under 600 at the moment - going to take a while to get them all online!
And I think the lady sitting in the centre of the view is the photographer's 'friend' who appears quite a lot in the later views - Miss Preston :-)
