It's probably worth around $1,000 don't sell this lamp. They are highly sought after if in good condition without any cracks in the shade. I own two slag glass lamps, beautiful lamp.

The previous owners of our home left just the shade portion of a lamp like yours. In my search to determine if it was worth anything, I found a complete lamp like yours sold at auction for $400; you can see it on this site... http://www.burchardgalleries.com/auctions/2003/apr2703/apr27cr.htm

I should add that it was item 23B in the 4/27/2003 auction

Happy to see this! We have the exact same lamp that we purchased at an antique shop in 1979. I can't remember what we paid. But I recall that the shop owner wasn't sure if the base was correct. This photo shows the base as identical to ours! The only difference is in the round piece beneath the filial. He called the name of this lamp: "The Alhambra" which is supposed to be the castle like building pictured with the palm trees on the shade. The Alhambra Castle is on an island off the coast of Spain, I think???
