Vintage Sterling Filigree and Foil/Glass Mexican Bracelet

This is a very pretty vintage Mexican bracelet. It has the eagle mark on the clasp and some other marks but they are hard to read or incomplete. I was thinking that it could be Joy Mex but because the markings are so bad I cannot confirm it. The class cabochons are in perfect condition and so is the filigree around them. The back of the bracelet has a few little dings, but it doesn’t show at all. I believe that it might date around the 1950’s or 60’s.
