    Is this a snuff bottle ??.
    It's covered in writing on the back with flowers on the front & a couple of marks , dunno if it's Chinese or japanese ?? It's 3"h x2.5"w & 3/4 thick also in its blue box with ivory peg to keep it closed !!

      I think a reverse painted Chinese snuff bottle, fairly contemporary. These things are just neat!
