With this Item I'm not sure what to write. I purchased these beautiful tables for the craftsmanship that went into them. I do know they are late 1700's or early 1800's. That's all I know about them. I bought them at an estate sale. I have had them to an appraiser and they are fumbled at the beauty and really haven't gave me any information except the date they may have been made. they must be from the Indonesia/Malaysia area? There is much mother of pearl inlay. Nice
I have a set extremely similar to yours. Mine are marked on the bottoms in Japanese letters. Bottoms are marked in Japanese on the underneith on all four sides, and on the bottom and on the bottom area support pieces. I am still researching the Japanese writing but I was sold mine mean something like....the 22nd day after Winter. I am going to have someone who can read Japanese take a look at the writing tomorrow. These tables are not from Indonesia/Malasia area.

This looks to be 19th century and made of hung mu. Hung mu is a very heavy wood. Often it's confused with zitan or huanghuali. It was nery rare to have inlay as this to hide the more revered woods. During the 18th century there was Chinese imperial restriction placed on zitan and huanghuali woods due to over logging. During the mid to late Qing dynasty hung mu wood escalated in use I feel this is from this period. Today even hung mu is becomming more expensive due to zitan huanghuali soring in prices.
