Six inches tall, china. Just bought it at a thrift shop for five bucks. Is it religious. Is it royal. Are those numbers or letters on the base?

Google images for 'Infant Jesus of Prague'. The letters on the base are IHS (first three letters of the Greek spelling of Jesus' name).

Yup. Infant of Prague. I have a couple in my Catholic items collection. Some of these statues come with real fabric cloaks.
