I do not have a lot of history on this but I do know it has been in my family and used for years. I do know its from 1800's . It is a Loth's New Perfect #23 from W.J Loth Stove Company Waynesboro, VA .
It measures 25x17(from base to top) with 7 in leg. It has 9in cook surface (slides over to open)Also has removable decor top piece . 6 in. opening for pipe to chimney .
This company had it's own foundries and produced until 1938. I'm not sure how you are dating this but the company history says it wasn't even founded until 1890 and most of their production was during the 1900's. If you research it you can find all the info you need without help. Both the Patent office and Virginia historical society as well as google have tons of information. I assume you have already searched eBay and aren't satisfied with the value.
Def look into didn't find any info on this tove
i did not see anything even similar to my stove on Ebay. Am I missing it ?and if you could, would you send me link of information Appreciate your time( fhrjr2)
