These are my grandmother Limoge plates. There are 5 and each is slightly different although they appear to be a set. 4 of them have a trademark on the back but one is signed with the date. I would like to know if the painter just signed one in the plate or if this plate is different. Why does the painter or maker sign with the date? Any information will be helpful. Thank you.
