Moms replacement

I bought this about 45 years ago in a old second hand store . Why would a 14 year old buy something like this, well I was just trying to save my ass. Earlier that day I was playing football in the house , big no no!! Mom's wax statue had no chance of survival. Well along story short she loved it for 30 years and I've had it ever since her passing.
She is 18" tall about a 2" base and she is about 10 lbs in weight .
The base does not come off and its got a artist mark on the bottom. Would love to know info on the artist that saved my ass .
