This is a rare Russian spoon produced by the company of Alexander Kach St. Petersburg in the late 19th century.Interestingly this company is that its seals has both the face of Russian Emperor and German Kaiser!

The G.P. it seems is for Galvano Plated.

      Very interesting Vladimir.
