1900's chandelier with leaf design

Came from the neighbour's rural property. He said it was hanging outside when he bought the home & was working. It's wrought or cast iron, has a decorative band & leaf design, with a timber base & glass cover.
Rural homes in this area have been around since 1828 His home is later - around 1920. I don't have much more information than this. If anyone would know more I'd like to hear about it
