Very old fly fishing wallet, England...any ideas?

Hello everyone, what a great website. I'm posting this recent find to see if there are any experts out there that can help my identify the maker of this old leather fly wallet, and perhaps the approximate time frame. it seems very old, and I have seen a lot of these but none with a wood and metal box inside the soft leather wallet. The name of the owner is inside, from England, but the only makers mark I can perhaps find is something stamped on the metal button. there are two words embedded in the metal, one says England but I cannot make out the other word. anyway, I'm greatful for any ideas on the maker of this and how old it might be. it's in great shape, but all the major makers I see out there usually stamp on their brand. perhaps this had a stamp but just faded off. thanks for any help or suggestions.
