    Two bronze skater on an onyx plinth the sticker on the base said 1960 Art Deco I have found some similar ones online but I have take them apart and they are unmarked.

      Yes I know they do look like Hagenauer but there is no signature.

      When I look at my good Hagenauer books, the heads don't have that unusual sculptural quality the heads achieved, sometimes almost in a crest shape, and some with more sculptural ideals such as ears. Otherwise very nice reproductions or original items. Recently I saw nice deco ones a set of six for auction some with famous signatures like that of LeVerrier. All the pictures were taken from the back, which is a great way to get a good price from the people who should know better to see other views. Went too high for me for bad reproductions. Yours may be from the time that were on the tag 1960.
