This is an unknown jug. Elements of the piece seem Asian, but I would like to confirm. There is no signature or mark. The ceramic seems to have a stoneware feel, somewhat rough and gritty. The resist used on the bottom was uneven and primitive. The pattern almost looks stamped, and the two horses are not carefully placed and are hard to distinguish. There seems to be a clear glaze over the white and blue, as if it was dunked first in white, stamped with blue design glaze, then dunked in clear coat glaze.
