    We took a stand from an Antique Water Heater that we picked up at a yard sale for free and then took the top of an Antique Tea Table ( the legs were broken and beyond repair) and went with a blue wood stain which allows the grains to show.

    I love the old heater stand, it has such interesting design.

      I dig this! See? you can repurpose properly!

      Thanks, we haven't had much luck selling it and I'm thinking of changing it up.
      Though it looks nice, the top is actually alittle to heavy for the base and it's tippy.
      So back to the drawing board. I do most of my work with hand tools, so it might be a while before I have it perfect :)
