"The Royal"
All vinyl and plastic, except for that killer opener on the side. ,these are not uncommon, but they also did not fair well in normal use.
Many have cracked and the insides cracked too, so they would likely have been thrown out.
These book for $225 in the bible, and you never see these here in Canada!!
