Enamelled white satin glass vase with campanula

I *think* the flowers are Campanula, but botanists please correct me. I am fascinated to know more about 2 aspects of this vase - a tiny possible signature below the pink enamelling (LE/PE/FE?) and also a "ghost" image of foliage behind the obvious decoration.
There is no pontil mark and it is 16.5cm tall.
I *think* it is Victorian Bohemian glass, but get caught out by all the cross pollination between there and the UK at this time.
