More good Luck!

Gold Crown Globes. In 2013 a major collector in SLC died of an extended illness and left his collection of Petroliania to a son to sell and disperse the funds to the family. I happen to have heard about the collector and finally ran down the son and have been able to buy several of the cool items that were in the collection. I wasn't so fortunate as to have been able to buy the two Roman Column gas pumps he had, but it did just pick up these two NOS Gold Crown Globes along with a NOS red globe and a couple of used, but very good red Crowns. They all are said to have come from the same Bulk Plant in Cody Wy many years ago while the family was returning from a trip to Yellowstone Park. We feel very fortunate to have been able to purchase these globes even tho we really don't collect globes. Maybe we can trade a couple of them for signs or pumps we thought? The fun is always in the hunt and the find!
