According to an antique dealer chairs in this style were made prior to 1930 possibly 1900. I am furniture impaired but I will call them vintage. Got them a month ago to replace my laminate table with its faux vintage chairs.
They are nice and solid with no wiggle. Although they need to be recovered so they will match and so that cats can rip them apart.
BEAUTIFUL!!!
They look great fortapache!!
Love the cat comment... I have recovered our chairs 3 times in 9 years! They love the corners!!! This time I used sunbrella material, for indoor / outdoor. The weave is so tight that they can't get their nails thru it... And boy have they tried!!!
Thank you very much Sean.
