    After reading an article in the newspaper about how the powers that be are planning to restore California's section of Route 66 I am inspired to post my Route 66 photos. Went along AZ's section of Route 66 last August.
    Anyway CA is planning to revive their section with kiosks and Route 66 apps for mobile devices. That does not seem to me how one restores/respects Route 66.
    This is Kingman which is much more devoted to Route 66 than any California Town. There are Route 66 museums and a business loop with several antique stores.
    Whever I go on a road trip I check out where the antique stores will be.
