Appreciate some information regarding the antique Clock and Vase

These items were wedding presents of my parents. They were married in 1946.

    Thank you Mary

I do not intend to sell these items. But I would like to have some information. We would like to keep them in the family.
      Regards

      Hi and Welcome.

If they were your parents from their wedding gifts -- Do you still have the guts, and the hands from the clock stored away somewhere? Too bad (as a Family heirloom item) those went missing or were taken out.

      Nice Clock!

Beautiful vase and clock. The clock looks like a hunter holdind a rabbit in triumph. Early 1800s? On both pieces.

Thank you so much for your comments. Unfortunately both items were mistreated for some time. Now they are in my possession and I will make sure that they will be treated very well. I have another Vase but is not in such a good condition. Your advices on how to clean the clock would be appreciated.

There’s no marks on the base of the vase? If there are, post a photo of them
