Handmade perhaps one of a kind, Silver, Castle, starburst spoon

A fraction longer than my other souvenir spoons, marked silver in English on the back of the star (flower?). The bowl is truly interesting. the image is of a castle as you approach it on a stone walkway or stair. The length of the handle appears to have tiny saw marks.
