Indian Mugs and Bowl

I recently purchased a tribal mug that is about ten inches tall and has a distinct photo of an Indian Chief and feathers on the others side. It has a beautiful glaze, and appears to be a self portrait. The smaller one like the bowl, photo not shown, has similar signature's underneath. The small mug also has lines all around and distinct tribal etchings on the sides and underneath as well , and is about four inches tall.

I would love to know about these from anyone available with this information.
