THESE PICTURES ARE OF A KEY MADE BY THE GORHAM SILVER COMPANY FOR THE RON BARCADI RUM COMPANY . IT WAS A GIFT TO A FRIEND ON A BUSSINEESS TRIP AS I WAS TOLD.
DO ANYONE KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THIS KEY IT IS MARKED
GORHAM EP YC69 ON THE KEY SHAFT.
EP is electro-plate, so it is silver-plated
Here is similar but on a chatelaine belt with no "key" part

I have the same key! I got it at a garage sale and though it was just "silly" but this morning, I saw Gorham S P Y069 on it. Wish someone could tell us more!
I kind of wonder if it wasn't used as something like "a key to a City's Mayor's office" symbolic use, etc. It's really weighty and the aces cutouts make me think it has meaning of some sort. Mine also has a 40" heavy weight chain attached to it, looks like maybe Silver Plated too.
