I would like to hang this beauty on an interior wall...anyone have any ideas? I bought this about 30 years ago and finally have a great place to display it. It's 4 ft, metal, hollow back...would love to hear your suggestions. Thanks.
Nice -- Same as mine posted here:

There is no date on mine Antiquerose but I'm thinking 1950's. A GREAT find Trey! How did you hang it? Mine has some holes on the sides but would like to try and hang it with no visible hooks or chains.
Mine is a bit beat up -- as they used as a Toboggan ( 1970's ) behind the snowmobiles back in the day.....LOL. We were not thinking Collectibles then, just about having Fun!!
Is yours marked Trey, with a Date ? Just wondering.....
Marialoreta I ran a piece of wire on the top 2 holes and hung it up on a 3 inch wood screw:)
antiquerose mine does not have a date, I thought that yours was neat because it was dated:)
Antiquerose that sounds like a great Coca-cola commercial!!!!! I may try that one day. I think that would be fun:)??????
Went to double check for a date but the only thing I found on the bottom of the button is P & M co-022 MADE IN CANADA does that mean anything?
Trey I will try that, thank you.
Very nice button Maria.
I created a wood cleet 24" wide and doubled the thickness to about 1.5". I scribed the curve of the interior of the button top then cut so it would be hidden inside. The reason for the width is so the cleet would be supported by two wall studs. I hammered a nail through the top where there is an existing hole to stop the button from falling forward just f.or added safety. I do have an original bracket, but too complicated.
Good luck with any method.
Thanks Coke Kid -04 that is a great idea! Do you have any photos?
Of the cleet? Sorry I don't. I can tell you it is not pretty. A jigsaw, wood glue, clamps, and some trial and error made it work.
My button is not as nice as yours, but I believe you can see it in my photo gallery here if you highlight my page.
Sorry, should have mentioned I started with a 1x4 about 48" long from the Home Depot scrap bin.
Coke kid...Your room looks great you have a nice collection. I like that you can't see any of the hardware holding your sign. Doesn't matter how pretty it looks under neath and the 48" 1x4 makes sense now. I will work on it this weekend. Thanks.
Thanks for the compliment. I am a rookie compared to others here. A wealth of information and encouragement.
Post photos when your done. Good luck.
